I love how soft the mastress is to the touch, but hard when sleeping on it. The mastress is thick and has a lot support. I love that it keeps you cool at night.

This mattress exceeded all my expectations! I have not had a solid nights sleep in years, until I slept on this. It is just firm enough but not too firm. It’s plush on top and adds a little cushion but not too much. It is the best mattress I have ever had.

I needed to get my son a mattress and he is very very picky on too plush and too hard. I wanted to try this Hybrid plush out and appease him. I am jealous of this bed it is perfect 10/10. Easy to set up don’t need a. Box spring at all. Fits your body when you lay down in it. Won’t spill any drinks on it but not too hard just perfect to fit your body I have recommended to my parents for them and also thinking of purchasing for my wife and I. You can not go wrong with the iComfort Hybrid Plush especially if you want comfort and to last a long time. My son didn’t want to get out of his bed!

The quality, comfort and the benefits of this mattress is extraordinary. This mattress changed my world for the better with luxurious comfort and support. I had the best sleep I’ve ever had in my life, my first night sleeping with this bed. I honestly slept like a baby and woke up feeling awake and completely refreshed. I no longer wake up in the middle of the night tossing and turning. The plush feel to the mattress makes you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud mattress. It provides an excellent comfort yet support on my back, that I no longer experience pain like I did with my old mattress. I love sleeping on this mattress so much. It truly improved my sleep quality and life! It’s a perfect dream and I highly recommend it!

I had been needing to upgrade my mattress for several years but financially I was unable to. I finally got the courage and try the CF3000 Quilted Hybrid Plush mattress and I am blown away at how comfortable it is. Besides comfortability, it offers wonderful quality. I love how how it feels when I lay down. The mattress is so soft and I can fall asleep easier.

We have purchased a number of mattresses over the years but this iComfort CF3000 is a must for someone looking for a plush mattress. There was literally no break in period for a comfortable night sleep. I was having back and hip pain from the older mattress and it is no longer an issue. Lack of support from the other mattress must have been the problem. A must buy for those looking for that plush mattress and comfortable nights sleep. Thumbs up.

Not supportive at all. Do your research and get a mattress based on your weight, height, and the way you like to sleep (back, stomach, side). This mattress did not support me in any sleeping-styles. Waste of $2,000.

I picked this mattress because it has all the important features that I researched I needed/wanted. It has the iComfort Hybrid mattress which is made with Serta's exclusive Carbon Fiber Memory Foam. It provides exceptional strength for back and neck support. It has innovative cooling and comfort systems which create a comfortable, sleep all night long. My husband has been having back trouble for years and just tossed and turned in our old mattress. We really needed the perfect mattress. Perfect is a mild statement. This mattress is the most comfortable and more luxurious feeling mattress we have ever slept in. I do not want to leave my bed, My cats could tell a difference and they have been snuggled there for days. I could not recommend this mattress enough. It truly is the best we have ever had. We LOVE it!!

This bed is very comfortable, almost like a built in topper to the bed. It does roll me a bit to the middle at times but it could be because it’s new and not completely broken in. I don’t necessarily notice any cooling effect but it’s still a great bed and we both sleep well!

This is BY FAR, the most comfortable mattress I have ever had. I sleep so much better & wake up with no neck or back pain. It really does seem to have a cooling effect & honestly, I cannot wait to go to sleep every night.

I am a Serta loyal customer due to years of comfortable sleep from my Serta mattresses in the past. I needed a new mattress and settled on this plush hybrid for my needs. I like the support but also level of comfort this mattress gives. It keeps it shape and quality for years to come. My 18 inch deep sheets fit perfectly on this mattress and I never have trouble with them popping off due to perfect size. Overall very happy with this mattress and will continue to purchase these when I need a replacement.

I love that this bed is solid built and the motion transfer is excellent. The only downside is that it is not plus or the feel of a pillow top. We got the I Comfort Quilted Hybrid CF 3000 Pillow top. Feels hard, not sure if I will return it for a different bed. The pillow top is stiff. Not a plush feel. I would rate this bed a 5 on a 1-10 for softness. Serta, if you see my review please listen to my suggestion. Make this bed with a true pillow top as in your older beds and don’t make them foam. There is enough foam in the rest of the bed.

Originally, I'd planned to leave this mattress in my spare guest room. However, after sleeping on this mattress several times over the past few weeks, this mattress is going in my bedroom. This is hands down the best overall mattress I've ever slept on. Somehow, this mattress manages to be both plush and supportive at the same time. It's plush in a manner that makes me want to sleep in and helps me to fall asleep. At the same time, it's so supportive, I've yet to wake up feeling any kind of discomfort or soreness. Another standout aspect of this mattress is it sleeps noticeably cooler than any other mattress I've owned. I know the materials this is made from help with coolness, but I'm fairly shocked how cool it stays throughout the night. Other important things to know: 1. This is a very thick mattress. Mine is nearly 15 inches thick. 2. This is also a very heavy mattress. Due to it's size and weight, even if you're quite strong, plan to have someone help you move it into place. 3. This mattress shows up ready to go. It's not compressed. Overall: This is undeniably a premium mattress. Its extremely well made, and incredibly comfortable. I couldn't be more pleased with it. My wife and I have been sleeping on the Serta icomfort CF3000 now for about a week. We have gotten a better and full night of sleep better than before with our old mattress. This mattress absorbs motion when either of us moves in the middle of the night and we do not disturb the other at all. The enhanced airflow keeps us so much cooler. Love that it is not made with harmful chemicals. My wife said that it distributes and stabilizes our weight to help maintain a healthy spine alignment. All I know is my back and neck do not hurt in the mornings when I wake up.This is the absolute best mattress that we have ever owned. We love it !!!
