Sleeps a lot better than our last mattress! It's not too firm,not too soft. Love it!

I have the Fieldspring Pillow Top which is very plush and comfortable. All of the Serta mattresses I tried felt really comfortable and supportive, but this one just felt the best. I feel it's a high quality mattress at a good value.

Too soft for me. I wake up too often, was hoping to sleep through the night, without waking up so many times. I sleep for 1 or 2 hours, wake up and have to turn to my other side.

Both my wife and I love this Adjustable Base, Perfect Sleeper mattress. It is very comfortable. We both have acid reflux and with this adjustable base we are able to raise our heads and because of this we have had the best night sleep that we ever had. Very pleased and happy with our choice.

This bed formed ruts within just months of purchasing it. It has a 10 year non prorated warranty, but I can't seem to find anyone who will process it for me. The retailer said to call Serta and Serta corporate said to have retailer process it. I have very little spare time to be going in circles over this "warranty". Honestly 1 of my worst business dealings ever.

I like that it is a dual pillow top so you can still flip it. I feels like you're sleeping on a cloud.

I was having dreadful backache night after night....so much so that I ended up sleeping on the couch most nights. Sleep is something that eludes me most nights. Since purchasing this mattress I have slept a least six hours a night......pain-free!!!!!!! My husband has also commented on how comfortable our new mattress is....not to mention it is priced right! Here's to many more nights of comfort.

We purchased this mattress to replace one that was in desperate need of replacement. We could not be happier with our purchase. The quality and comfort of Serta is unmatched, and I am so excited to finally own one. Even though no one but us will ever see the actual mattress, I am so impressed with how nice it looks. I used to wake up with a stiff neck most mornings, and since sleeping on this mattress, I haven't had that issue. My husband has a tendency to get hot when he sleeps, and this has even helped with that. There isn't one thing I can say negatively about this Perfect Sleeper Glenmoor Pillow Top Mattress.

The mattress is very supportive without feeling stiff or board like. It molds to your body allowing a comfortable sleeping experience. From the second you lay down your body immediately relaxes. It's very difficult to purchase a mattress. Going from store to store and laying down doesn't always give a realistic experience. And it's obvious from the market and industry, it's impossible to compare apples to apples. In the mattress industry it's always apples to oranges! It's critical to purchase a trusted name product and deal with a business with a good reputation that will allow returns no questions asked if not satisfied. I purchased from QVC after watching the hour long TV presentation 3 times over a one year period. Their satisfaction and return policy, in my opinion, is unprecedented. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and anticipate many years of great sleep. Next time I need a mattress I won't have to look any further than Serta and QVC.

We have tried many different brands and styles over the years. It had reached a point where my husband was sleeping on the couch to get relief from painful hips and shoulders. Our new Perfect Sleeper has solved the problem. Thank you, Serta!

I love the firmness of the mattress and the softness of the pillow-top balances it all out. I have had reoccurring backaches for months and since we purchased the new Serta Perfect Sleeper Hillsgate II I have had the best sleep. I use to wake up after a couple of hours needing to turn, stretch, and at times swap to the foot of my old bed just to get any relief for my back. I am now sleeping through the night and have already noticed I am not tired and drained in the morning. Thanks Serta for this great product at such a great value for the price. I replaced an older Restonic with the Serta. I was waking up with back pains before, but now get out of bed with no pains at all. The firmness and the pilow top give me good comfort, no matter how I sleep. Love it!

After sleeping on this mattress, I now realize how terrible my last one was!

Very comfortable, we call it our Goldielocks matress, not too firm ... not too soft. Our previous matress had gotten to be like sleeping on the floor. The Euro top adds just the right amount of softness. It also seems to keep us cooler than our previous matress. We were watching QVC, saw the Serta promotion, did quick internet research and found the matress was well received. Took a chance and couldn't be happier. Delivery was prompt, courteous and the old matress was taken away at not charge. Our new matress and split box spring (Queen) was installed on our previous frame. Total delivery took less than 15 minutes.

At first it seemed great but I've only had it six months and the bed is just falling apart. All of the stitching is loose and has caused the mattress to become flimsy and dose not support at all.

My previous mattress was a Simmons water tube bed. I have begun to toss and turn all night the past few years and developed lower back pain in the past year. When I got this mattress I was very excited because it was a firmer mattress but still soft on the surface. After sleeping on this mattress for a little over 2 weeks, I have discovered that I do not toss and turn as much, I am able to sleep deeper and my back pain is much improved! I do not really have any complaints with this mattress. Thank you so much Serta!!

Prior to purchasing this new mattress, we had a Serta mattress which was 12 years old. We researched online for different mattresses prior to buying this new Serta. In the end, we decided on another Serta mattress with the pillow top feature. The new mattress is extremely comfortable. We are very glad that we selected another Serta mattress and we are confident that the new mattress will last as long as the old one did.

I like how thick this mattress is and when each of us move were not woke up our old mattress was in bad shape you would roll to the middle and the others body would put weight on you which puts pressure on you into the bed which the springs made noises as if they were gonna come out fast and stab your body it was scary what I learned before purchasing the hybrid perfect sleeper pillow topper mattress was how tall it was the difference in materials it is made with and the duration is 6-10 years depending on usage which is great because when we buy a home we want a california king or bigger lol this is our third night in our new bed and what a relief!! but the first two nights was was hard we didnt realize we needed step stools which we now have to get in and out due to getting wrong size box spring and the frame was already high enough but we like being up up up in the bed just hope we dont have bad dreams and roll off ouch!!! we also feel we received a great deal through sams club online and all and all we love our new mattress set and look forward to having a bigger one soooon.........ps our old mattress was a sealy with springs be careful.............

After owning a twin bed for 20 years I finally have a queen size bed. My previous mattress was firm and I recently starting noticing back trouble. The first night that I had this mattress I slept amazing, I do not find myself tossing and turning through the night like I once was. The ability to spread out is awesome too. Before purchasing this product I knew that it was a plush mattress and loved the added cushion that the pillow top gives. I would highly recommend this mattress to others!

I like the way the product feels. Always see commercials where Serta is a great product and I am anixious to see the results.
