I'm so happy we purchased the Sleep True Brindale 3.0 Firm Queen Mattress Set. I love how comfortable it is. It is so much better quality than our last mattress. This one doesn't make noises when you get on or off it. It is so nice and firm. We've only had it one night, but it is the best night's sleep I've had in over a year. i know Serta is a very quality brand and has very good prices. I was not disappointed. We also bought the same style mattresses in the twin size for our daughters and they are so happy too.

I purchased the mattress in May 2021 and after 2 months, it sags in the center of the bed! I don't know if it is because of the gel memory foam or the 805 coils or outer edge design, but I've never had a mattress that did this. I don't even sleep in the center of the mattress. It's not made to flip over so I turned it around - of course that doesn't fix the problem. I feel I wasted my money on purchasing this mattress and I will never buy this brand again.

My serta is so comfortable that I forgot that I had sleep problems. I was hot at night and I kept twisting and turing at night. But my Serta Perfect Sleeper kept me cool all night long!

My partner and I wanted an environmentally friendly comfortable mattress.Instead we were sold a bes that isn't either of those.We spent a lot of money and unfortunately the receipt was in my car which was stolen a few months later.The retailer said there's no returns or exchanges without that invioce.We toss and turn all night and feel very unsatisfied after a year of giving this mattess our best shot :(
