I love it! It so comfortable and helps me sleep better than one I had before.

I was very excited when I received this mattress. I've had a memory foam topper before but never a full mattress. Immediately I noticed it had some nice touches, like a removable, washable cover. Huge plus! But, after the first night, I just felt it was way too firm of a mattress. I'm not the type to go for super plush, crazy pillow top type mattresses, but this was tough to sleep on in any position. I've certainly slept on firmer mattresses at hotels and whatnot, but this was still too firm for my liking. I would describe it as medium-to-firm, if that helps. Ultimately, after too many nights of not-so-great sleep, I decided it was time to put my mattress topper on this and enjoy the softer feel that helps me sleep better on my side. Lastly, I would caution that packaging was lacking. It arrived in a very large, very heavy, plain brown box (larger than the Internet-brand mattresses I see my neighbors get). There were no handholds or anything to grab the box, so I had to drag it in, and it ripped open while I was doing that.

I owned a serta for 18 years and finally had to get a new one. I tried another brand and only kept it for a week. It was not good. I then went back to the serta and I love love love it.

Was easy to transport in our small SUV - easy to unpack and set up, and very comfortable, looking forward to a good night's sleep.

For the price, this is an excellent mattress. It is comfortable and sturdy. We are very pleased with this product.

Delivered to my front door (it’s kinda heavy), drug it to my bedroom, opened box, removed wrapping as I put it on the bed frame, it unwinds and spreads out all by itself! Done! Easy Peasy!

The Serta 10" gel memory foam mattress I purchased is fantastic to sleep on. The 3 comfort layers provide the support needed to sleep well. And I really feel refreshed in the morning. I had a different foam mattress and it was ok, but it didn't have the comfort like this Serta mattress. The cool twist foam top layer doesn't bind or crinkle if I move around. I recommend this mattress to anyone interested in a foam mattress. Many features at an affordable price.

This product was so great it practically to fastest to setup. I would recommend this method of purchasing a mattress verses the traditional way. The price was great it was cheaper than what I was expecting to spend on a mattress, and the best part it is gel memory foam. The mattress was so comfortable I slept more peaceful than I had done before. I rate this product six out of five stars THIS IS A MUST BUY PRODUCT!
